A circular upper knife is installed on the small shaft passing through the knife sleeve sliding groove in the sleeve, and one end of the small shaft extends into the curved groove of the central cam and slides in it. A push rod is fixedly mounted on the knife sleeve with a pin shaft.

The structure of the lower knife assembly is that the upper support sleeve is fixed on the lower cutter head, and the lower support sleeve is fixed on the upper support sleeve. The upper supporting sleeve is equipped with an upper sliding sleeve with a cone in the middle, and a middle sliding sleeve is installed under the upper sliding sleeve. The lower supporting sleeve is equipped with an inner bottom sleeve and a sliding sleeve. A spring is installed in the sliding sleeve. A circular lower knife on the same axis as the upper knife is mounted on the upper frame of the lower sleeve, and a spring is installed between the lower support sleeve and the middle sliding sleeve.
