3, Installation, debugging, operation, maintenance
1. The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor. If it is not flat, it needs to be padded to the level. Turn on the power of the refiner motor and confirm the machine is running. No abnormal noise. Open the breathable cover again and pay attention to whether the direction of rotation of the scraper is consistent with the direction indicator;
2. Feed the material evenly into the machine to check whether the slag at the slag outlet has reached the expected effect. If the slag is wet, please stop the machine and stop feeding, remove the protective cover on the machine frame and open the frame, and loosen the scraper. Adjust the gap between the scraper and the filter screen through the adjustment screw (note: when adjusting, turn the scraper by hand to prevent friction between the scraper and the filter screen); after adjustment, tighten the fixing nut, and Install the machine in the reverse order of disassembly. Then conduct trial production with feeding materials, and after everything is normal, continuous feeding and discharging production can be carried out.
3. When the machine is running, there is a sound of slipping of the transmission belt, immediately after stopping the machine, grab the handle and lift the pulley guard up. Lower the pulley guard, loosen the adjustment screw behind the motor pulley, let the motor seat pull the belt tightly under the action of gravity, and then tighten the adjustment screw.
4. When stopping, just cut off the power supply of the drive motor directly;
