Working principle of fruit crushing juicer: When working, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate at high speed through a pair of pulleys, and three groups of several hammers are installed on the main shaft. Materials freely fall into the feed hopper from the elevator and are chopped by the hammer blades rotating at high speed. Due to the centrifugal force, the crushed material particles fall into the discharge hopper through the waist-shaped sieve holes.And then pumped into the next working procedure by another screw pump.

1. After squeezing the fruit juice, disconnect the industrial fruit juicer from the power supply, and separate the cup bucket from the host. Clean the machine simply first, and don’t let the debris in the machine condense, which will bring some trouble to the next cleaning.
2. If conditions permit, the cutter head can be removed, but the frequency should not be too frequent. Fibers or residues of fruits and other foods are easily wound at the cutter head. The residues should be pulled out along the winding direction first, and then washed with water.
3. Don’t throw away the used small brushes or toothbrushes at home. They have special effects when cleaning small places, so that the cleaning effect is better.
4. If the cutter head is used to mince meat, break the remaining steamed bread into steamed bread residue, and put it into a blender for stirring, so that it can effectively absorb minced meat, etc.
5. The cleaning of appearance is relatively simple. Wipe it with a rag. Remember not to wash it with water or scrape it with a hard object to avoid surface damage. The base cannot be immersed in water to avoid damage to the insulation part of the motor.
