1, Use and characteristics
    1. Purpose: The stainless steel jacketed boiler, also known as the sandwich steam pot, is widely used in candy, pharmacy, dairy, wine, pastry, Beverages, preserves, canned food and other food processing can also be used in large restaurants or canteens to make soup, cooking, stew, porridge, etc. It is an excellent equipment for food processing to improve quality, shorten time, and improve working conditions.
    2. Features: This pot uses steam with a certain pressure as the heat source, and has a large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, and liquid The boiling time of the material is short, and the heating temperature is easy to control.
    The inner pot (inner pot) of this pot is made of acid-resistant and heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel, equipped with pressure gauge and safety The valve is beautiful in appearance, easy to install, easy to operate, safe and reliable.


2. Basic structure and installation
1. Overall structure:
   The fixed type is mainly composed of the pot body and the supporting feet;
   Tiltable style is mainly composed of a pot body and a Tiltable frame;
   Stir style is mainly composed of pot body and Stir device.
2. Tighten the two setscrews on the support frame. When shaking the pot, the air inlet and outlet pipes at both ends are not allowed to rotate with the pot. .
3. After the installation is completed, the Stir-style steamer shall be checked by an empty vehicle test run. After the transmission components are running normally, they can be put into production.
4. If air leaks at the joint after air intake, tighten the nut until it does not leak.

3, Use precautions
1. The steam pressure used should not exceed the rated working pressure.
2. Slowly open the intake valve when air intake, until the pressure is needed, the stop valve at the condensate outlet, if equipped with a steam trap , The valve should always be opened; if there is no steam trap, open the valve first, and then close the valve until there is steam overflow, and the degree of opening should be kept until a small amount of water vapor overflows.
3. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the pressure of the user’s own steam.
4. During the use of the steam cooker, you should always pay attention to the change of steam pressure, and adjust it in time with the intake valve.
5. After stopping the air intake, open the straight mouth cock at the bottom of the pot and drain the remaining water.
6. Tiltable style and Stir style jacketed boilers should be refueled at all rotating parts before each shift; Stir style jacketed boiler, on the surface of the pot It is recommended to use cooked rape oil for the parts; 30#-40# mechanical oil is used everywhere else.
7. When using the Tiltable type, close the steam inlet valve and open the steam discharge valve before shaking and discharging.


4. Maintenance
1. Air inlet pipe and outlet pipe joints are leaking. When tightening the nut does not solve the problem, add or replace the packing.
2. The pressure gauge and safety valve should be checked regularly, and if there is any fault, they should be replaced or repaired immediately.
3. After 50 hours of use, the gearbox should be removed to drain off the lubricating oil, rinse with kerosene or diesel, and add 30#-40# to clean it. Engine oil, after 150 hours of use, change the oil for the second time, and then change the oil every 1000 hours or so depending on the specific situation.
4. If the anti-rust paint is peeling off, it should be painted and painted on the outer pot immediately. X55-3 aluminum powder vinyl water-resistant paint is recommended.
5. After the pot has been used for 5 years, it is recommended to conduct a safety water pressure test. Request to proceed.
The pressure P water of the hydraulic test is determined according to the following conditions:
When the rated working pressure P is <0.6Mpa, P water=0.15Mpa;
When the rated working air pressure P amount=0.6-0.8Mpa, P water=P amount+0.3Mpa
6. The outer pot body of this pot is made of 3~5mm thick stainless steel, when the outer pot is thinned to less than 2mm after years of corrosion , Should stop using.
7. The welding of stainless steel in this pot and the welding of stainless steel and other steel materials should use stainless steel electrodes Ao 102, Ao 107, Ao 132, Ao 137. Other grades should not be used.
