Three, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance

1. Before use, check whether the transmission parts of the machine are installed and tightened; Set the required number of stages on the upper;

2, The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor, pad up to the level, turn on the power of the transmission reducer, and confirm the rotation direction and direction of the reducer The signs are consistent and run for two minutes. After confirming that everything is normal, the material can be fed and discharged continuously;

3. When feeding, add the materials evenly and do not impact;

4. When you need to stop, you can directly turn off the power of the drive reducer to stop;

5. When the machine is running normally, if the conveyor chain is found to have abnormal noise due to lack of lubrication during work, grease should be added to the conveyor chain.

6. When the machine is not used for a long time, please rinse the inside and outside of the machine to keep it clean.

7. The lubricating oil of the transmission reducer must be changed regularly, and the dirty oil must be drained when changing.

8. Bearings, transmission chains and other parts should be filled with grease regularly.
