4, Installation, adjustment, use, operation

1. The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor and pad up to the level.

2. Check whether the screws in each part are tight.

3. Close the drain valve and feed water into the water tank. When the water level reaches the upper end of the conveying baffle, start the circulating flushing water pump (for operation, please refer to the pump operation manual), turn on the power supply of the hoist to start the hoist, stop the water inflow, and run everything After it is normal, you can add materials to the conveyor belt in the water tank for cleaning. The machine can continuously produce materials in and out normally.

4. The filter of the circulating flushing water pump is cleaned every two hours. If there is a lot of mud in the water tank, the drain valve should be opened in time. Drain the sewage and add clean water to the water tank, but the water level should be controlled, and the washing of fruits and vegetables should not be affected.

5. When the water level in the water tank is too low, the water inlet valve should be opened appropriately to keep the water level in the water tank at a certain height.

6. Cut off the power when shutting down, open the drain valve to drain, and rinse the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.

7. The lubricating oil of the stepless governor must be changed regularly, and the dirty oil must be drained when changing.
