5. Working principle
1. DJ type beater: The motor is driven by a belt to make the scraper mounted on the spline shaft rotate at high speed. When the broken fruit passes When the feed inlet enters the machine, the receiving plate will evenly discharge the material to the scraper and screen. Due to the rotation effect of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end, and the moving track is spiral. The material is affected by the centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the screen cylinder. Grated, the juice and meat (have become pulpy) pass through the sieve holes and are sent to the next process. (Double and three beating machines are linked to repeat the above process). The skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper. To achieve the purpose of automatic separation. As long as the screens of different specifications are changed and the lead angle of the scraper is adjusted, different beating speeds can be changed to obtain satisfactory results.
2. MDJ type beater: The motor is driven by a belt to make the rotor part installed on the spline shaft rotate at a high speed. The fruit enters the machine from the feed port, and the feeding blade spirally conveys the material to the beating rod, which plays a role in the beating rod. The material was smashed. Due to the presence of centrifugal force, the juice and meat in the material (have become pulpy) pass through the sieve holes on the screen to enter the next stage of beating (the sieve holes are determined by the size of the fruit core), and the core is discharged from the slag pulp leaf The slag outlet, so as to realize the automatic separation of slurry and slag.
This machine has two types of single-channel and dual-channel models. When it is used for beating stone fruit (such as mango), if you choose single-channel stoning and pulping machine, the skin and meat flow into the buffer tank from the discharge hopper, and the core is discharged from the slag discharge. The core-removing double-pass beating machine, the first pass is core-removing, and the second-pass beating realizes automatic separation of the core, peel and slag. It is recommended that users prefer to use the core-removing double-pass beater. The beating principle refers to the DJ type beating machine.


6. Operation and precautions
1. The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with anchor screws.
2. Tighten all the bolts on the whole machine and check whether all the screws in the shaft are loose. Clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.
3. Turn on the power supply of the drive motor and confirm that the direction of rotation of the machine is consistent with the direction indicator.
4. Test run for 5 minutes, after confirming that the machine is normal, you can feed normally.
5. Then add the materials evenly without impact. Depending on the specific situation of the slag and slurry, the helix angle of the scraper and the gap between the scraper and the screen should be properly adjusted after the shutdown to make the juice content of the slag meet the technological requirements. Scraper helix angle adjustment method: adjust the inclination of the scraper by adjusting the bolts on the front and rear axle brackets; adjust the gap between the scraper and the screen: adjust the distance between the beating board and the screen by adjusting the nut on the axle bracket.
6. When the machine stops, just cut off the power supply of the motor directly. When the rotor does not stop rotating, do not open the front cover of the drum. Turn the hand wheel counterclockwise to open the front cover of the cylinder.
7. After each shift, the filter must be washed with water and a brush. When cleaning, open the front cover of the cylinder and unscrew the tightening screw at one end of the spline, then the rotor parts can be easily drawn out, and the screen can be taken out directly.
8. Regularly check whether the motor is overloaded and heats up, and whether the bearing part is oiled.
