The machine is composed of water tank, hoist, circulating flushing pump, transmission part and other parts. Due to the pressure in the water during work, the fruits and vegetables are violently tumbling and agitated in the water. 3. Installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance

1. The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor and pad up to the level. Close the drain valve and feed water into the water tank. When the water reaches a certain position, stop the water intake and start the circulating flushing water pump (for operation, please refer to the pump operation manual), turn on the hoist drive power supply and start the hoist. After everything is running normally, that is Add materials to the water tank for cleaning. The machine can continuously produce materials in and out normally.

2. The filter of the circulating flushing water pump is cleaned every two hours. If there are many leaves or debris in the sink, it must be cleaned in time. There is no need to stop the machine during cleaning, just remove it. When there is a lot of soil in the water tank, you need to stop the machine and clean the spray hole after draining the water (generally it is not easy to be blocked).

3. Cut off the power when shutting down, open the drain door to drain water, and rinse the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.

4. The lubricating oil of the stepless governor must be changed regularly, and the dirty oil must be drained when changing.

5. Regularly refuel the bearing parts.
