This equipment uses steam to heat outside the material pipe to increase the temperature of the slurry to achieve the purpose of mulberry bacteria. Suitable for pasteurization of fluid and semi-fluid materials.

 

1. Overview
Tubular sterilizer is used for steam heating to increase the temperature of the slurry and achieve the purpose of sterilization. Suitable for pasteurization of fluid and semi-fluid materials.


2, Structure and principle

  
Tubular sterilizer is composed of five groups of six φ25×2 tube bundles and shells. The material passes through the tube, two groups enter, two groups return, and one group exits for three-pass flow. The steam enters the space in front of the shell and the outer wall of the pipe through the pressure reducing valve, the shut-off valve, the safety valve and the pipe to complete the heat exchange, thereby increasing the temperature of the slurry and achieving the purpose of sterilization. The steam trap part is used to remove the condensed water in the heat exchange process. This machine can design the outer interlayer heat preservation according to user requirements.

3, Operation and use
1. Tighten all bolts on the whole machine.
2. Check whether the connecting parts are reliably sealed, open the front and rear covers, wash the debris with hot water, and close the front and rear covers after cleaning.
3. Open the steam valve to enter steam, adjust the pressure reducing valve, and after the pressure is controlled within 0.1MPa, slowly open the stop valve and the steam release valve. When steam is emitted from the steam release valve, close the steam release valve. Turn on the feed pump to transport the material, and increase the steam pressure at the same time, depending on the change of the temperature indicated by the thermometer. Due to the difference of the feed temperature, the relationship between the steam pressure and the discharge temperature and speed should be grasped during actual operation. When the temperature reaches the specified requirements, the material can be discharged normally.
4. After stopping the feed, first close the steam valve to stop the steam intake. After the standby device is completely cooled down, close the shut-off valve and open the steam release valve , After confirming that there is no pressure in the machine, close the steam release valve.
5. After each shift, clean the inner wall of the machine with hot water.

 


4, Matters needing attention 
1. The steam pressure must be controlled within the specified range, and pressure reducing valves, safety valves, traps, pressure gauges, and thermometers must be verified periodically .
2. Let off all remaining steam when shutting down to keep the inside and outside of the machine clean.
3. Before each use of the machine, open the steam release valve to drain the condensed water in the steam layer to prevent the trap from being affected.
